No, there are no upfront charges. The pricing plan goes like this:

All job roles posted on the Talent platform, the placement fee will be zero until 28th February 2025. Post this date, the placement fee will be 9.5% of the CTC.

The placement fee will be collected once a candidate is hired and joins the company. You can read more about this on the Terms and Conditions policy.

The placement fee is 9.5% of the candidate’s Cost to Company (CTC) for any role hired through the GrowthX Talent platform. However, the placement fee is free until February 2025.
Placement fees for all the jobs posted before 28th February 2025 is zero, irrespective of when the candidate is hired or onboarded for these job posts. However, the job posts are live on the platform only for a duration of 45 days since the date of publishing, and candidates must be hired within this timeframe. If you fail to hire a candidate within 45 days of job posting and wish to extend the hiring duration, then a fee of 9.5% will be applicable if the date goes past 28th February 2025.
In the GrowthX Talent Agreement, there is a "Referral Period" of one year. During this time, if a candidate referred by GrowthX gets hired, the company must pay the placement fee. If the company already knows the candidate through another source, they must inform GrowthX within 3 days of accessing the Member Directory. This rule ensures fair recognition of GrowthX's role in connecting candidates with companies.

If a hired candidate leaves or is let go within 90 days (excluding termination for Cause), GrowthX will either find a replacement at no extra cost or give a full refund of the service fee.

No, a company cannot change the job role after it has been posted during the free period and then hire for a different role once the free period ends. Any modifications to the job role must be approved by the Admin before they are published on the Job Board. Therefore, any changes must be communicated to the GrowthX team in advance. Attempting to alter the job role to a different position after the free period will result in the job being removed from the platform. Misuse of this policy will not be tolerated.
